The Center for Innovative Drug Discovery (CIDD) will provide Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) with custom synthesis of Nav1.7 agonists. The CIDD will provide all the necessary services. highly experienced/qualified personnel. materials. equipment and the facilities to ensure the requested tasks are completed to meet the milestones and project timeline. The CIDD will provide the synthesis work to provide 10-20 mg supply of each of the 15 target Nav1.7 agonists. The general synthesis is outlined in the scheme below and the target compounds are exemplified in the shaded box. The CIDD will investigate and optimize the chemistry method accordingly to complete the synthesis of the target final compounds with chemical purity >96%. The CIDD will include full analytical characterization (1H and HPLC/MS) of the final compound with a delivery sheet and supporting analytical data.
