A randomized control trial with 150 pairs of active duty Service Members and their partners (for a total of 300 participants) who are parents of very young children (age birth to 5 years) who are preparing for an upcoming deployment within the next 4 - 6 months to compare a home-based reflective parenting program ( called Strong Families Strong Forces; SFSF2 ) compared to a self-care program in supporting active duty parents and their partners with young children through a full cycle of deployment
