To characterize immune-inflammatory and coagulatory response blood from traumatic hemorrhage and burn injury patients requiring mass transfusion. To characterize functional and structural changes of normal blood cellular components from healthy donors when incubated with plasma collected at different timepoints after injury from traumatic hemorrhaged patients. To investigate the effects of adding tranexamic acid, Eculizumab (anti-C5 mAb), and/or C1inhibitor on function and structural changes of normal blood cells incubated with  plasma from traumatic hemorrhaged patients
