19-017 The major goal is to infect macaques that are Mtb-sigH vaccinated with heterologous Mtb and study immune correlates of protection using T cell and B cell markers. We will also perform B cell depletion experiments and assess the impact on vaccination induced protection from heterologous protection. Role: PI
