The primary objective of this study is to compare pain control and total opioid consumption following local infiltration analgesia (LIA) with EXPAREL to LIA without EXPAREL in adult subjects undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The secondary objectives of this study are to compare additional efficacy, safety, and health economic outcomes following LIA with EXPAREL to LIA without EXPAREL in adult subjects undergoing primary unilateral TKA
